GENERALIDADES
La IV Jornada Científica Internacional en Genética pretende lograr competencias basadas en conocimientos, habilidades y actitudes, sobre los mecanismos o procesos genéticos, permitiendo al estudiante comprender los síndromes genéticos que predisponen al cáncer, las malignidades hematológicas asi como los genes involucrados en carcinogénesis.
Adquirir elementos de juicio para un enfoque multidisciplinario de dichas enfermedades orientadas a la prevención, diagnóstico y tratamiento.
OBJETIVOS:
1. Lograr que los asistentes puedan familiarizarse con los conceptos básicos de los mecanismos de la herencia en enfermedades hereditarias asi como el cáncer usando el modelo humano asi como otros modelos de organismos. 2. Reconocer técnicas usadas en Genética y Biología Molecular. 3. Uso de la Genética en el Diagnóstico y Monitoreo de Enfermedades hereditarias, hematológicas y cáncer. La presentación de posters será en el día que se le asigna a cada persona y en el horario indicado.
